  • Co-Founder & CEO

    Previously Senior Manager of Legal Engineering at Ironclad, Associate at Vedder Price

    From 2018 to 2023, Antonio was a member of Ironclad’s Legal Engineering team, first as Legal Engineer and then as a Manager. As a Legal Engineer, he designed and implemented instances of Ironclad for enterprise companies, with a special focus on procurement.

    Prior to Ironclad, Antonio worked as an attorney, specializing in secured lending for commercial aircraft and mezzanine financing.

    He holds a degree in History with honors from Colgate University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

    Previously Senior Legal Engineer at Ironclad, Implementation Manager at Rainforest QA

    Cambrie has over 12 years of experience in consulting and software implementations. Prior to becoming a founding member of LECG, she spent four years leading CLM deployments and managed services projects on the Ironclad Legal Engineering team. She has worked with numerous mid-market and enterprise clients across industries to successfully implement and maintain their CLM solutions.

    She holds B.S. in Finance from California Polytechnic State University.

    Previously Senior Legal Engineer at Ironclad, Sales at TrueAccord

    Between 2019 and 2023, Andy was a Senior Legal Engineer at Ironclad. He designed and implemented instances of Ironclad for mid-market and enterprise companies, with a particular emphasis on sales and integrating Ironclad with Salesforce. He is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator.

    Prior to joining Ironclad, Andy was an early adopter of Ironclad's Workflow Designer and implemented it for the sales organization at TrueAccord.

    He holds a B.S. in Management Science with a Minor in Business from University of California, San Diego.

    Previously VP of Professional Services at Ironclad, Head of Legal Technology at Google

    From 2021 to 2023, Chris was the Vice President of Legal Engineering at Ironclad. Prior to joining Ironclad, Chris worked at Google from 2002 to 2021, where he was Deputy General Counsel and the head of Google’s Commercial Legal team until 2010, and the Director of the Legal Transformation and Technology team until 2021.

    Chris has also worked at other top Silicon Valley companies, including Oracle, Netscape and Ariba.

    He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he serves on the Board of Directors.

  • Vice President, Legal Operations Services

    Previously Head of Legal Operations at The New York Times Company

    Before joining LECG in early 2024, Lyndsey spent the past decade of her career at The New York Times Company, most notably as its Head of Legal Operations from 2018 through 2023.

    Prior to joining The Times in 2014, Lyndsey held contract management and project management roles at large global organizations, including CH2M HILL, which was acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group in 2017, and Alliant Techsystems (ATK), which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2018.

    She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Christopher Newport University, an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University, and attended the Executive Education Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She is actively involved in the legal operations community, participating in various advisory councils and trade organizations.

    Previously Business Analyst at Mainspring Consulting Group LLC

    Before joining LECG in late 2023, Natalie was a Data Extraction Specialist and Business Analyst at Mainspring Consulting Group, an Epiq Company for 5 years. She became well-versed across CLM solutions and supported a multitude of revisionary implementations, helping organizations create efficiency in their business processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning with proven strategies for Contract Lifecycle Management.

    Prior to her tenure at Mainspring, Natalie worked for 12 years at one of the nation’s leading early childhood education providers serving in a variety of capacities from classroom teacher to Center Director.

    She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Penn State University.

    Previously Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Ironclad, Director of Operations at PactSafe

    Erin has 15 years of operations and strategy experience spanning the hospitality and tech sectors. She joined Ironclad as part of their 2021 acquisition of the Clickwrap pioneer PactSafe, where she previously served as Director of Operations. At Ironclad, she managed a wide portfolio of cross-functional programs across all areas of the company, promoting scalability and organizational development.

    She holds a B.A. from Butler University.

  • Senior Legal Engineer

    Previously Legal Technology Solutions Manager at Elevate Services

    Simran has over 10 years of experience in Legal software implementations. Between 2014 and 2020, Simran worked with the Google Legal Team to implement legal technology solutions at a global enterprise level. Prior to Google, Simran worked at Huron Consulting Group where she assisted law departments to achieve cost efficiencies, standardize their business processes and seamlessly integrate their various legal applications.

    She holds a B.S. in Business from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.

    Previously Senior Legal Operations Manager at Wiz, Legal Operations Manager at Recharge and Rimini Street


    Jenna has worked in legal in-house teams for the past nine years, with broad experience in legal operations, consulting and legal software implementations. Prior to joining LECG, she spent six years leading legal operations projects and system deployments for Rimini Street, both pre- and post-IPO, as well as building legal operations from the ground up at both Recharge and Wiz.  She has had serendipitous luck and timing that has allowed vast experience with numerous types of legal technologies, and understanding what works and what doesn’t work for specific teams to successfully streamline solutions and harness technology to create efficiency.

    She is a Certified Paralegal, holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies from University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science from Carthage College.

    Previously Legal Engineer at Ironclad

    Between 2021 and 2024, Collin was a Legal Engineer at Ironclad. He implemented Ironclad instances for a wide variety of mid-market and enterprise companies, with an emphasis on complex Salesforce and CPQ integration use cases. Collin also served as an internal subject matter expert for Ironclad’s Data Manager and Repository features.

    Prior to joining Ironclad, Collin spent 4 years in sales and implementation in the Medical Device industry, most recently for Intuitive Surgical.

    He holds a B.A. in Economics & Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.
