#1: Summarize Content feature

With the Summarize Content feature, simply highlight any portion of the contract, and Contract AI (CAI) will provide a concise summary of the section's key points.

#2: Enhancements to redline suggestions

AI Assist can also streamline your editing process by suggesting redlines based on your instructions. You can choose from a variety of prompts to add redlines and highlight text to summarize paragraphs. For example, you can highlight a confidentiality clause and enter the instruction "make confidentiality unilateral"; or a termination clause with the instruction to "add termination for convenience."
